Crazy Martial Arts Moves - I would fall on my face trying this!

I'm not sure if this is more gymnastics or Martial arts or a combination of the two. What I do know for sure is that these guys are pretty damn impressive. I would seriously fall flat on my face trying to do half of what they do in the video! ENJOY!!!
